Built for auction houses, not e-commerce funnels

Fill the seats before the gavel drops.

Your bidder list is the most valuable asset your house owns — and it's sitting in a spreadsheet. Boost My Auction turns it into packed sale days: import the CSV, write one announcement, and reach every buyer who ever raised a card. Deliverability and compliance are handled for you.

No credit card. Your list imports in under a minute.

The gap

Auctioneers don't have a marketing problem. They have a reach problem.

The list sits in a spreadsheet

Every bidder card, every registration sheet, every phone inquiry — thousands of buyers who already trust you, and no practical way to reach them before Saturday.

Generic tools speak e-commerce

Abandoned carts, product feeds, drip funnels. You run consignment sales with a date and a catalog. You need one good email out the door, fast.

And it lands in spam anyway

Gmail and Yahoo hold bulk senders to hard rules. Miss the authentication or the one-click opt-out and your sale announcement quietly never arrives.

How it works

Three steps between your spreadsheet and a full room.

  1. Step 1

    Import your list

Drop in a CSV from your clerking software, your registration sheets, or a spreadsheet you've kept for years. Bad rows come back with the row number and the reason — nothing fails silently.

  2. Step 2

    Write the sale announcement

Subject, sender, and body. Your postal address and unsubscribe link are appended automatically, so every message you send is compliant without you thinking about it.

  3. Step 3

Send, and watch it go out

Sends run in the background in batches of 100. If a batch fails, the job picks up where it stopped and the quota it claimed is refunded — you never pay twice for one email.

What you get

Everything a bulk sender needs. Nothing you'd have to learn.

CSV import that tells the truth

Row-level error reports for every rejected address: which row, which value, and why it was refused.

Suppression enforced at send time

Unsubscribes, bounces and complaints are excluded server-side. A stale CSV can't re-add someone who opted out.

Authentication already handled

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured and monitored on our sending domain. No DNS records for you to add before your first send.

Quota you can't accidentally blow past

The monthly cap is claimed in the database before a batch goes out, so two campaigns at once can't overspend it.

Durable background sends

Thousands of messages don't ride on one request. The job checkpoints its progress and resumes from where it left off.

Built around the sale calendar

Accounts, contacts and campaigns — no funnels, no lead scoring, no vocabulary you have to translate.

Deliverability

An email that lands in spam is an empty chair.

Gmail and Yahoo enforce real rules on anyone sending bulk mail: authenticated sending, one-click unsubscribe, low complaint rates. Miss one and your sale announcement disappears without a bounce, a warning, or a clue. Boost My Auction does this part for you — it's the part that decides whether the room fills.

Start sending
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and monitored for you
  • List-Unsubscribe with RFC 8058 one-click opt-out
  • Opt-outs honored instantly, before the next batch sends
  • Your business postal address on every message (CAN-SPAM)
  • Bounces and complaints suppressed automatically
  • Sending blocked until your account is set up correctly

Pricing

Priced by the sends you use, not the seats you fill.

Every plan starts with a free trial — 500 emails, no card. Move up when your list outgrows the cap, not because a feature was held back.

Questions

The things auctioneers ask first.

No. Boost My Auction does one job — email to the list you already own. Export a CSV from whatever you use for clerking or registration and import it here.

Nothing. Your contacts, your unsubscribes and your history stay put. Quotas are monthly send limits, not list limits, and unused sends simply reset each period.

Your business name on our authenticated sending domain, with replies going to whatever address you choose — so a bidder who hits reply reaches you, not us. Sending from your own domain is on the roadmap; it needs DNS records on your side, and we'd rather you got your first sale announcement out today.

Every campaign carries your business postal address and a working unsubscribe link, both added automatically. Sending is blocked until your address is on file, because the alternative is mailing something you'd have to apologize for.

The job records its progress per batch. It resumes from the last successful batch rather than starting over, and the send quota claimed for a failed batch is refunded to your account.

Yes. New accounts start on a trial with 500 sends and no card. That is enough to import your list and put a real sale announcement in front of real buyers.

Your next sale deserves a full room.

Import your list today and send your first announcement this afternoon. 500 emails free, no card, no contract.
